The festival aims to support family programs on base, uplift troop morale, and foster strong base communities vital to the U.S. military.

Formerly, Anthony held the position of Managing Director at Concord Advisory in Washington, D.C., specializing in assisting mid-size companies with revenue growth, market expansion, capital restructuring, and strategic guidance. Preceding his role at Concord Advisory, he served as the Managing Director at 52nd Street Partners, offering strategic counsel to healthcare membership organizations and industry partners.

Anthony's dedication to community service is demonstrated through his involvement as a Board Member and Finance Committee member at Sasha Bruce Youthwork in Washington, D.C., a non-profit organization providing comprehensive services to at-risk youth and families.

He also held significant roles at CQ Roll Call, including Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President. Earlier in his career, Anthony served as Publisher of the esteemed news organization. Notably, he served as CEO of Illumen for nearly a decade. Illumen was recognized for developing a proprietary online search and information-management tool integrating AI, assisting corporate government affairs offices, trade associations, lobbying and law firms, and public relations agencies in making well-informed business decisions.
